WHY DID I START THE MUM TUMS PROGRAMME?
Mum Tums Fitness specialises in helping busy mums restore their body confidence and well-being post-pregnancy.
As a dad of two, I know exactly how difficult it is to juggle your fitness routines around family and work commitments. The inspiration behind this programme came from watching my wife's body confidence decline after 3 pregnancies, and seeing just how much this affected her mentally and physically everyday. 
Because of this, I decided to create my wife a fitness programme, which has now transformed into my 8-week programme 'Mums Body Blast'. This programme enabled my wife to lose just over 1 stone in weight, which has helped her to become more confident in herself, and is why I want to share it with you, as I believe you will achieve similar results if you commit to the programme fully.
